Order Process (English)

Step 1: Select Your Design

Browse through our available styles (FB | IG | Our Design) or share your ideas with us.

We offer fully customised jerseys tailored to your specific requirements.

Step 2: Choose Your Size

Refer to our size chart to select the appropriate size. Should you require assistance, our customer service team is available to provide recommendations.

Please note: The final decision on size selection rests with the customer. Issues arising from incorrect sizing will not be accepted as grounds for returns or exchanges.

Step 3: Contact BFA JERSEY Customer Service

Reach out to us via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp to discuss your design preferences, including colours, patterns, text, fonts, and numbers. Our team will assist you in finalising all details to ensure the design meets your expectations.

Step 4: Confirm and Place Your Order

Once all details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with the order. The remaining 50% may be settled via:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Subject to an additional 6% COD fee.
  • Bank Transfer/DuitNow/E-Wallet: We will provide photos of the final product for your confirmation prior to full payment.

Step 5: Design Draft and Confirmation

Upon receipt of the deposit, our professional designers will provide the initial design draft within 1 to 3 working days.

  • The design service is FREE and includes up to 5 free revisions.
  • Subsequent revisions will incur a charge of RM30 per revision.
  • Should you prefer to review the design before placing an order, a RM100 deposit is required.
  • This amount will be deducted from the final total upon confirmation.

Once the design is approved, no further modifications will be accepted. Kindly review all details, including design, names, and sizes, carefully.

Step 6: Production and Delivery

Upon final confirmation of the design, production will commence. The estimated delivery timeline is as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 14–16 days for production + 1–3 days for delivery
  • East Malaysia: 14–16 days for production + 5–8 days for delivery (approximately 3 weeks in total)

We will notify you and provide tracking details once full payment has been received and the order is dispatched.

Terms and Conditions

Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the goods. No claims made after this period.

Sizing & Customization Details:

The final jersey size, name, and number will be based on the information that sent out by our customer service team. Other messages will not be considered final information.

Shipping Responsibility:

We will assist in monitoring the delivery process to ensure safe arrival. BFA JERSEY will bear responsibility for damages caused by improper packaging. For any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service, BFA JERSEY will not be held liable, but we will assist customers in lodging claims with the courier service where possible.

Payment & Order Confirmation:

Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are thoroughly checked before finalizing your order.

Rush Order Charges:

If you require expedited processing, please contact our customer service team to confirm feasibility. Rush order fees will apply based on the urgency. Should we be unable to meet the agreed rush deadline, the rush fee will be fully refunded.
