退换政策 / Return & Exchange Policy
- 仅接受 有制造缺陷 的退换货，且需在收到货后的 3天 内提出。逾期将不予处理。
- 退换货需提供清晰的 照片证明，并与客服确认后方可进行。
- 定制商品因个性化生产，不接受因个人喜好或错误提供的信息而导致的退换。
English:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- Clear photographic evidence is required for defect claims, and exchanges will only proceed after confirmation from customer service.
- As all jerseys are custom-made, returns due to personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer will not be accepted.
尺寸与定制信息 / Sizing & Customization Details
- 球衣的 尺寸、名字和号码 以客服最终确认的信息为准，其他信息不视为最终确认。
- 客户需在下单前 仔细核对所有细节，确认后将无法更改。
- 由于印刷和布料批次不同，实际颜色可能与设计图略有差异，此类情况不视为产品缺陷。
- 客户须自行决定尺码，我们仅提供建议作为参考。若因尺码选择错误导致问题，将不视为退货理由。
English:
- The final jersey size, name, and number will be based on the information confirmed by our customer service team. Other messages will not be considered final.
- Customers must double-check all details before placing an order, as modifications cannot be made once confirmed.
- Due to printing and fabric variations, slight color differences between the final product and digital designs may occur and are not considered defects.
- Customers must decide their own size. We only provide advice as a reference. Incorrect size selection will not be considered a valid reason for returns.
设计服务与订金 / Design Service & Deposit
- 免费提供设计服务，但如客户 希望在下单前查看设计，需支付 RM100 订金。
- 包含5次免费修改，第6次起每次修改将收取 RM30 设计费。
- 直接下单无需支付设计订金。
- 若客户 确认下单，RM100 订金 将抵扣订单总额，不会额外收费。
- 若客户 决定不下单，RM100 订金 不予退还。
English:
- Design services are free, but if a customer wants to see the design before placing an order, a RM100 deposit is required.
- includes up to 5 free revisions, Subsequent revisions will incur a charge of RM30 per revision.
- Customers who proceed with a straight order do not need to pay the design deposit.
- If the customer confirms the order, the RM100 deposit will be deducted from the total price and is not an extra fee.
- If the customer chooses not to order, the RM100 deposit is non-refundable.
生产与发货时间 / Production & Shipping Time
- 生产时间：14-18天（不含周末及公共假期）。
- 发货时间：
- 西马：1-3天
- 东马：5-7天
- 生产时间可能因订单量或其他不可控因素有所调整，具体请与客服确认。
English:
- Production Time: 14-18 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping Time:
- West Malaysia: 1-3 days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 days
- Production time may vary based on order volume or other unforeseen circumstances.
物流责任 / Shipping Responsibility
- 我们会协助客户 跟进物流状态，确保包裹安全送达。
- 若因 包装不当 造成商品损坏，我们将承担相应责任。
- 由于物流运输环节不在我们控制范围内，任何因 物流方造成的延误、损坏或丢失，BFA JERSEY 概不直接承担赔偿责任，但我们会 协助客户向物流公司申诉或索赔。
English:
- We will assist in monitoring the delivery process to ensure safe arrival.
- BFA JERSEY will bear responsibility for damages caused by improper packaging.
- However, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service. We will assist customers in filing claims with the courier if necessary.
付款与订单 / Payment & Order Confirmation
- 付款方式：电子钱包（E-wallet）、网上转账（Online Transfer）或货到付款（COD）。
- 需支付至少 50% 订金 后才会开始生产，剩余金额可选择 COD 或转账支付/电子钱包。
- COD 付款需额外收取 6% 手续费（基于 COD 金额计算）。
- 定制订单一经确认，不接受取消或更改，请务必在确认前仔细核对所有细节。
English:
- Payment Methods: E-wallet, online transfer, and COD (cash on delivery).
- A minimum 50% deposit is required before proceeding with production. The remaining balance can be paid via COD or bank transfer/e-wallet.
- COD payments will incur an additional 6% charge based on the COD amount.
- Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your order.
紧急订单收费 / Rush Order Charges
- 若客户需要 在承诺时间范围内加急 处理订单，请提前联系客服确认是否可行。
- 我们将根据加急程度收取 额外费用，并尽最大努力在指定时间内完成。
- 若无法在 承诺的加急时效内送达，我们将 全额退还加急费用。
English:
- If you require expedited processing, please contact our customer service team to confirm feasibility.
- Rush order fees will apply based on urgency, and we will do our best to meet the agreed rush deadline.
- If we fail to deliver within the agreed rush period, the rush fee will be fully refunded.
